If you're new to exercise or on/off with your routine/struggle with any aches/pains and may be uncertain on what path to take to reach your goals, my Initial Assessment is a great way to get working in the right direction, clarity to discover new opportunities of movement and learn the right pathway for your needs!

-Opportunity to work with me 1:1 or join my Celinda Fitness App Online Coaching where we develop a thorough personalised routine with guidance, accountability, support and more.

If this meeting is virtual, your session will be organised through Skype.
